Dubbed the “Second Gayest City” in the United States, the City of Wilton Manors offers its diverse population of approximately 12,000 all the benefits of a big city while maintaining a cozy, community feeling. Residents and visitors alike enjoy varied shopping destinations, hip restaurants and bars, a burgeoning arts community and tons of community events, as well as natural waterways perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding and other outdoor activities. To help the City of Wilton Manors develop their distinct identity and bolster their business community, Conceptual Communications has provided a comprehensive mix of services that began with an Integrated Marketing and Communications Plan.
Based in Fort Lauderdale, Victory Living Programs has created supported living environments for thousands of people with disabilities for the past four decades. The organization offers an extensive array of programming to assist clients with securing and maintaining employment, learn new skills, volunteer in the community and socialize with their peers.
Coral Springs Museum of Art focuses on highlighting present day, nationally recognized and Florida artists who create Traditional, Modern and Postmodern art. The Museum is all about creating an art immersion experience. Patrons are given the chance to express what they have experienced from the Museum and to remove the “do not touch” mentality in experiencing art.
North Beach Village Resort is a collection of 15 mid-century modern boutique hotels located just a few miles inland from Fort Lauderdale Beach, just steps away from countless attractions including the Historic Bonnet House. Each resort location offers a different flair, a different view of Fort Lauderdale, or a unique attraction.
Think Escape Games is a live escape room that has live team-building adventure games in which people are locked in a room with other participants and have to use elements of the room to solve a series of puzzles, find clues, and escape the room within a set time limit from different scenarios.
The Sun Trolley, managed by the Downtown Fort Lauderdale TransportationManagement Association (TMA), a nonprofit 501(C)3 organization, provides transportation for approximately 40,000 passengers per month. With their diverse target audience and limited resources, Conceptual Communications has been working with this organization to help them overcome their distinct challenge to better inform their targets and improve their service.
The mission is ongoing, but the Sun Trolley has already gained recognition as a premier transportation service in the area. The Sun Trolley, with Conceptual Communications on its side, was named the “2014 Small Business Nonprofit of the Year” by the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce.
